1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Customers must contact us on the same day of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Original bill or order proof is mandatory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food and grocery products

  • Perishable items such as oils, ghee, etc.

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items purchased under discount or clearance sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, leaked, or incorrect product, please inform us on the same day of delivery.

  • Customers are required to share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email on the day of delivery.

  2. Share order details along with photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

  4. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, bank or UPI details may be required.

6. Pickup and Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, replacement or refund will be processed without additional charges.

  • If the return is requested for reasons other than product defects, shipping charges may apply.

  • Store return options may be available as per location and product type.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Store Rights

Daily Natural Mart reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any return or refund request

  • Update or modify this policy without prior notice

  • Make the final decision in case of any dispute
